What is Interlibrary Loan (ILL)?

Interlibrary Loan (ILL) provides access to items that are not available in the MSU Billings Library, including books, media, articles, book chapters, conference proceedings, and more.  Requests for materials are made through MSUB's ILL account.

ILL service is available to all currently enrolled students, faculty, and staff. The service is free; however, there are some rare instances in which library users may be asked to absorb some of the cost. Patrons are responsible for paying any overdue charges or replacement costs for lost or damaged materials.

Contact the ILL office at (406) 657-1666 or ill@msubillings.edu

Welcome to Interlibrary Loan!

Do you need an item that the MSU Billings Library doesn't own? If you want it, the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) department will try to get it for you from another library or source. This is a free service for students and staff.
