Faculty may place items on reserve at the MSUB Library that are in compliance with U.S. Copyright Law and Fair Use Guidelines. This includes print or physical items such as books, DVDs, or equipment.
Contact your liaison librarian to discuss placing items on reserve. Use the Fair Use Checklist below to help apply the fair use balancing test:
