PsycINFO
A comprehensive database for articles on psychology and relation fields. Try entering your test name in the Tests and Measures field. Or, to find publications where measurement, test construction, and test validity are major aspects, add "222*" in the Classification field as a second field in the Advanced Search.
Medline (ProQuest)
The U.S. National Library of Medicine's database on medical/nursing topics. Includes medical journal articles involving test and measurement instruments. Try searching by test name.
CINAHL Complete
Comprehensive source of full text for nursing & allied health journals. Try an Advanced Search with "research instrument" in the PT Publication Type field.
