Want a librarian to visit your class? Book a library instruction session! These tailored workshops teach students about navigating library resources and critically evaluating information.
Library instruction sessions are offered in in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. They can range from a broad overview of library resources to instruction targeted to a specific assignment. A librarian will work with you to make sure your students receive the information they need to be successful.
In addition to instructional sessions, the Library offers a full 3-credit course, LSCI 125, which fulfills a general education requirement. Consider recommending this course to help students grow into informed, critical users of information in their coursework and their lives beyond college.
